Register to vote
If you're eligible and not yet on the electoral roll, you must register by 27 July 2026. It only takes a few minutes. You can check your registration and register online through the Isle of Man elections office.

Check how you'll vote
You can vote in person on polling day, or apply for a postal or proxy vote if that suits you better — useful if you'll be away or find it hard to get to a polling station.
Request an on-Island postal ballot by 16 September. Fill it in at home and return it in time.
Ask someone you trust to vote on your behalf if you can't attend. Check the rules and deadlines with the elections office.
Vote on polling day
Polling stations in Onchan are open 8am to 8pm on Thursday 24 September 2026. Your poll card will tell you where to go — and the elections office publishes a polling station finder closer to the day.
